I have not had a good experience with this place of business; and I do mean place of BUSINESS. My original appointment for a cleaning was in mid-July. They took ex-rays and charge...

Absolutely worst experience with a dentist ever!! Their receptionist is incompetent and rude. Check out their yelp reviews from several people who feel as if the Dental Salon is pushing services they don't need. Also you should NEVER be asked to pay up front if you have insurance. more

NEW LOCATION....IN SCHAUMBURG\r \r ""Had 2 extractions with just local!!!""\r \r The last visit I made to a dentist was about 5 yrs ago....(I only go when I really REALLY need to!)\r \r After our initial consultation...Dr. Dallas made me feel so at ease and comfortable...he took the time to address all my concerns and fears...so we agreed to schedule my extractions with just local...He said that if need be we could go with complete sedation, but he felt confident we both would be fine. To be honest I was a bit skeptical driving home afterwards and thinking I was going to be able to actually go thru with it.... \r \r Aside from the initial pinch....I DID NOT feel much. Dr. Dallas was very pleasant, patient and very gentle. It's a great feeling knowing that the fears I've had for the past 30 years have been conquered by having a Dentist that was kind and understanding and just DAMN good!!!\r \r I will be going back for regular check ups and implament a regimen of good oral hygiene. Oh and by the way...I've already scheduled an appointment for my son as well!\r \r Thank you so much!\r more

Making you feel at ease 11/7/2011

I went to see Dr. Scott yesterday at the Dental Salon for my first crown, and sadly not the kind that a gal puts on top of her head. Needless to say I was a bit nervous. Dr. Scott and his assitant Vicky were honestly absolutely wonderful. I had a couple questions before we got started and they were all answered. They have such a postive and comforting manner. You get the sense that they are working efficiently, but always at the highest quality. I can't believe I'm saying this, but getting a crown has quite possible been one of my best dental experiences! more

My visit was great - really liked how my dentist Dr. Gasser explained each step of the procedure and what to expect. No surprises! He also followed up with me to make sure everything was fine the following day. \r more

Greatest Dental Office Ever! 11/4/2011

I went to Dental Salon to have my teeth cleaned and was told that a hygienist by the name of Jane would be performing my cleaning. She greeted me with a warm smile and any nervous feelings I had dissipated. Jane was very nice and professional. She takes her job as a hygienist very seriously by providing excellent dental cleanings as well as advice for maintaining a healthy smile. \r \r If you are in the market for a great dentist or hygienist this is the place for you. I will be recommending her to everyone I know. She is a great asset to Dental Salon!"" more

The Dental Salon consistently meets and exceeds my expectations as a Dentist. The staff is always friendly and informative. The office hours are perfect for me as well, I never have to take time off work to make it there. Not many dentist offices are open over the weekend. I recommend the Dental Salon to basically anyone looking for a Dentist. more

Dr. Shah is very good - she's quick with her work but also careful and attentive to your needs while making sure you are comfortable. Highly recommended! On top of it, I even saw her outside of the office and she was still checking up on me which made me feel great and a valued patient. more

Amazing......even for a coward like me..... 10/24/2011

I am such a baby when it comes to a dental visit. I was so sick the night before my appointment, I almost didn't go. And, to make matters worse, I was going in for a root canal! Painful, right? Truth of the matter is, I didn't even really feel the shot to numb the area. It was truely amazing! I felt nothing.....Even that evening.....There wasn't even soreness at the injection sites. I highly recommend The Dental Salon and Dr. Wong. Oh, and did I mention the Sunday appointment? Yeah, Sunday! Pure convenience. Much love..... more

I saw both Mariya and Dr Desai last week and both were as wonderful as they always are. I don't know too many people (particularly ones with teeth prone to holes, as mine are) who look forward to a stress-free dentist trip but I count myself as lucky and recommend the team often! more

dental salon I have been a patient here as well as my family for about 3 years now.I was in on a recent visit with one of my kids for a teeth cleaning, the doctors and hygenists are all awesome always have been i don't have a problem with that.The problem i have is the hiring of other staff i always assumed with a high profile place such as yours you would be running full background checks on your employees as well as doctors to ensure the safety of your patients well when i noticed you hired a man Mr.Flores i knew you could not be doing this.I know its not my place or business on who you hire but i really think and would hope you would be doing thorough checks on your employees.With sad regret we will not be coming here anymore due to this employee and the past i know this employee has.i really hope for your benefit you look into this and in the future are more careful with who you hire.My wife had worked with him and they let him go and she was in absolute shock when she seen him.With sad regrets Ben more
