With out a doubt this is the worst Denny's that I have ever been to. Customer satisfaction is unheard of at this location. I'm local. I took my family there Christmas day for breakfast. They were not busy at all. It took longer than normal and after we were served they found that the cook forgot to cook my daughters meal. We had to wait another 15 minutes for her meal to arrive. When asked if there would be no charge for the forgotten meal the manager told the waitress to tell us that if they did that then it would be taken from her paycheck even though it was the cooks fault. I felt sorry and embarrassed for the waitress. The manager wouldn't even come out to talk with us. I will NEVER go back.
