Becareful when you signed with DELTA, if you kid get sick they will charge you their $40.00 cancellation fee, and they won't bill you, they will call you and just leave a message ...

Becareful when you signed with DELTA, if you kid get sick they will charge you their $40.00 cancellation fee, and they won't bill you, they will call you and just leave a message saying to bring the $40.00 dollar on you next appoinment. if you question the charge they will hold your certificate of completion, in my case they even drove my daughter to their office and question my daugther regarding her sickness, without me being present. Pros: good instructors Cons: office people non professional more

Unreasonable policy 2/12/2006

School has an unreasonable policy requiring a $40 fee if you don't notify within 24 hours during business hours. But it doesn't pick up its messages, doesn't have an answering service, and doesn't let you know if business hours have changed. more
