Horrible service, horrible experience. I have had an problem with a referral that the office issued in 2003. The referral office wrote the wrong SS# on the referral, so the claim never got processed or paid. When I called to have them resolve it, no one responsded to my numerous voicemails and messages made throughout 2004 and 2006. To this day (Jan, 2007), the issue has not been resolved. I, as well as multiple representatives from Humana have called to resolved this issue and the physician's office (Dr. Pamela Fennelwald) has not yet complied to Humana's request of faxing the referral to Humana's office. It is a simple request, but they refuse to help resolve this issue. I am in the process of filing an appeal to Humana and a formal complaint.
Pros: parking, nice waiting area, nice office
Cons: very distant and detached bedside manner, staff not helpful in resolving problems, referral office response time poor if at all, poor follow-up skills.
