Deepak Travel

I booked few tickets from Deepak Travel back in November 2010, the office was horrible looking and stinky same as the lady who was sitting in the office. I booked a ticket in Kingfisher airlines to fly within India and she charged me around $400 for a flight from Kolkata to Raipur and the reason she gave was that there were no economic class available so she is booking it in business class that is why the price is high. I needed the tickets as my father passed away and wanted the tickets and was ready to pay more because there were no economic class available GUESS WHAT? When I reached KOLKATA and asked the flight attendant that I was looking for business class then she smiled at me and said where did you book your ticket from THERE IS NO BUSINESS CLASS IN THIS FLIGHT AND SHE WAS RIGHT ! I will never recommend this travel agency to anyone. more

Good Service, & Rita is very prompt in her emails, I was very happy& will surely recommend her to all my friends. I read comments saying that she is rude, I think she is not rude, she is very honest & upfront & most people don't like that. I am happy, & had no hassle in dealing with her.Keep going & do the good work, as you cant keep all happy. more

Always buy tickets from them: I have always got my tickets from Deepak Travels and have got good prices. n fact for my trip to India end of august they also matched the price of the other travel agent. I paid via credit card, and they did not charge me any extra $$. more

Service was absolutely great. Rita was very nice and had a great turn around compared to other travel agents in getting me confirmed tickets. I would most definitely recommend this travel agent and will book with them again. Thanks for all your help more

I had been to Deepak Travels few months back to get the rates for International Tickets. The staff was totally rude. They were not interested when I said I have been there to know the rates then to buy tickets. She was like ok this is the rate and she was busy on her phones. Bad management. No use of good rates if no good customer service. more
