When Decaro lowers himself to speak with a common man or woman that dare to enter his shop,that is were the trouble begins. An incredibly arrogant and dismissive little man, Decaro spouts prices that would make a Microsoft mogul blush. Woe to the customer who shows hesitation to prices Decaro seemingly plucks out of thin air. A palpitable resentment overtakes this tailor followed by employment of an overt ""bums rush"". The drama is compleated by this satorial sourpuss by his quick exit into a small work room which he immediatly slams the door shut !
