I'm a huge supporter of local businesses, and thought this would be a great place to try since it wasn't far from home, and they advertised 20% off of any invitations.
My fiance and I arrived at the store, which is small (that's not a problem) and seemed to be a drop off station for the owner's daughter's children. The kids were loud, obnoxious, unsettling and snotty (literally..snot dripping all over the place). So, we're supper uncomfortable because of the small quarters and all of the loud children, but decided to just go with them because we were pressed for time and liked the 20% off discount.
If I were to describe this place, it would be
1. SUPER unprofessional
2. Super low tech
3. Disorganized
4. Rude
Maureen (Deborah's daughter) was handling our order. She needed the addresses etc. I'm a little more tech savvy than most, but this place was a mess. She was unable to print the address list from excel. So I sent it in word, powerpoint & pdf. That is 4 different programs. STILL unable to figure it out. She requested that I fax it. Since I didn't have a fax, my thought was at this point she should come and pick it up from my home. Kind of ridiculous that you have a printing shop and excel, powerpoint word and pdf do no suffice.
Frustrated, she emailed me back and said her husband figured it out. Right, super. That's why we're paying you a lot of money to figure it out.
Pretty ridiculous place. For any of you that expect a professional environment, with savvy intelligent staff, this is NOT the place for you. Low budget, low tech desired? You go it here.
