Warren has been my hairstylist for many years, and I haven't found any other hairdresser who would come anywhere close to his level of expertise. I have tried others - locally and NY and LA where I've lived ), but I always come back to Warren because I haven't found anyone better than him. He's very versatile and creative in his work, and his color techniques are superb. I always receive some many compliments on my hair, after I've visisted Warren. If you want a world-class hairstyle, Warren is your choice. Pros: fantastic hair color and style Cons: not cheap, but worth every penny more

Incredible hairstylist. I went in with a problem and so had limited my expectations of the result. He solved the problem and created the most wonderful hair style for me. I left feeling like a million dollars. Can't recommend too highly. more

Although I've had several hair stylists over the years, I have received more compliments on my hair cut, style and color since Scott began doing my hair over a year ago than I have ever received when going to other stylists. I have been very pleased with all of the services and products I've gotten from the Warren Scott Salon. Scott is never intimidated by my ""high maintenance"" hair and with his cuts and treatments my hair is much easier for me to style. I really love the B&B products which are the best I've ever used in over a decade of using salon only products. I cannot say enough about Scott Chmelar and Warren Scott salon. 5 days before my wedding I went to another ""high-end"" salon in Raleigh for a cut and color. The ""expert"" there told me to trust her and that I would love the end result. Well, the end result was a horrible haircut with an even worse color job. I left in tears and frantically searched for someone to help. I came across all the positive reviews for Warren Scott and called the next day. Scott Chmelar was able to squeeze me in last-minute, and spent a long time undoing what had been done. Not only did he somehow manage to salvage the cut, but the color turned out beautifully. I received so many compliments on my wedding day, and I owe most of them to Scott! more

I have lived down here for 14 years & have been through MULTIPLE high-end hair salons and stylists. Trying to find someone that will listen & won't butcher my long hair into the trendy styles has been a nightmare. I just stopped getting my hair cut. A couple of weeks ago, I started researching Master Hair Stylist in the area and found Warren Scott Salon. His credentials are amazing!!!! With that kind of experience & background....I was willing to take another chance! When I made my appt. with Warren Scott, I sort of expected to walk into another fast pace, loud, stuffy salon paying only half attention to my hair while gossiping with co-workers. I moved to the triangle a few years ago and have tried to find someone to replicate the wonderful blonde, ?highlights and lowlights,? color that I received from my salon in Atlanta. I've lived in Raleigh for a year now. I was worried about finding a stylist that I like as much as the one I was leaving behind. At Warren Scott I've not only been happy with the haircuts, but THRILLED with the color. Originally I was just having highlights and lowlights that blended with my natural color. Then I got the courage to go a bit more bold. Lynette made sure that we chose a color that I loved, but also went with my eyes and skin tone so that the result, while dramatic, is still very natural for me. I love the way Shera really can take what I want and do it! Her work is the best! To me Warren Scott is the best because of Shera, I loved the way she did my hair! I have been going to Warren Scott for a couple of years. I switched to them because my other salon went up in price and I just couldn't afford them anymore. I have been very pleased with the hair cuts I have gotten from Nathan. He takes his time and asks lots of questions as he cuts to ensure he is giving me the style I want. My experience this week exceeded my expectations. After wearing my hair long for about a year, I decided to get it cut short. I told Nathan what I wanted and he gave me what I asked for. However, when I returned home and started trying to style it, I realized that I need more layers. So, I went back two days later and Nathan cut more off. I am totally thrilled with the new cut. I can't tell you how many compliments I have gotten in the last 24 hours. The real treat was that the salon didn't charge me for the ""re-cut"" - even though it was not their fault. They are truly interested in my satisfaction. I have only gotten color at Warren Scott a couple of times, but I have been completely satisfied with that too, even though it is a little pricey! i recently moved her from another town and i had looked for a salon for a long time, when i called and talked to scott he was sooo friendly, he took time out to do a consult because of my allergies and he spent so much time with me making sure that we were using the right color formula. he gave me the perfect hair color and the perfect cut and i love it!! i have gotten so many comments from friends and strangers on both the cut and color and how good it looks. i am so happy with my hair, scott was excellent, as well as all of the staff at his salon!! i love it, love it!!! i will definitely will be going back!!!! more

I have lived in several places being married to the military and i travel an hour and a half for Scott to do my hair. He is the greatest! He doesn't give you a haircut you can't style once you leave the salon and he pays attention to the kind of person you are and your lifestyle to give you something that is appropriate. He is worth every minute of my drive. He just did my color for the first time yesterday and people were asking me in the mall ""Who does your hair""... even the guy that works at Saks when I went in there to get a few things. I have never in my life received this many compliments. Even my husband is impressed. I definately recommend making an appointment. All the stylists are friendly and seem to work really well together and Kristen (the salon coordinator) is so sweet and friendly. The place is small and cozy and is so relaxing. Had a consult with Warren Scott who told me he was very expensive. I scheduled with one of the women he recommended. Was pleased with my first service, the second service I did not get the same girl though I Had made an appointment with her. I was handed over to someone else, who did not do my hair the same great way. No apologies were made when I complained about it, so I took my business elsewhere. After being a loyal customer of this salon for over two years I moved to another state. When my new colorist asked if I knew what products had been used on my hair as far as the color formulation I didn't know. When I e-mailed the salon they told me they would provide it for $200!!! So much for loyalty...............!! more

I had never been to Warren Scott's Salon before, and wanted to schedule a consultation prior to getting cut/color. When I made the appointment, Warren Scott answered the phone and scheduled the consultation with him personally. I rearranged my schedule and took time off of work to meet with him. When I arrived the receptionist said that Mr. Scott would be with me shortly. After waiting for more than 30 minutes he had still not appeared (he was there, I heard him in the back). I told the receptionist that I coudn't wait any longer and left. There is no excuse for the owner of this establishment to behave this way. He had my contact information and could have called to apologize for wasting my afternoon. Due to this, I have taken my business elsewhere, and I spend A LOT of money to keep my hair looking good! more

I have just recently moved to the triangle area. I tried Warren Scott about a month ago and had a wonderful experience. My stylist was Bridget. She spent a lot of time listening to what I wanted and making sure that I was happy! This was my first experience with professional colour and it was FABULOUS! My new style required a razor cut...and this is the first one I've had that has looked good...and it continues to look good...weeks later! If you're searching for a hair stylists I would highly recommend Bridget or anyone working with Warren Scott! My cut was very resonably priced (35) and my colour was a bit expensive...but like I said...FABULOUS! I'm looking forward to my next visit at the salon!!! ...did I mention that I'm very picky about hair stylists (first time I've been happy in years)! I recently moved to the area from Charlotte and I was afraid that no stylist in Raleigh could ever compare with my former stylist but I was pleasantly surprised. Chuck was absolutely fabulous! I only wish my mother lived here so that she could make the switch too! I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about their hair.
