While I had been to this salon previously about a year ago, I had not had the privilage of having Ronda cut my hair. She was fabulous, she took a hair style of the 80's and transformed my hair into a more up to date style, not to mention taking years off of my age. She has acquired herself a new client. I never imagined my haircut could look so good. more

Chuck is simply wonderful. He is attentive, pays attention to detail, and cares about what the customer wants. I highly recommend him as a stylist! Pros: great location, good parking, friendly staff more

Definitely full service and high concept 8/22/2002

Traveling throughout the US, and living in major metropolitan cities; Chicago, LA, Warren Scott's reputation as not only a top hair color salon, but also as a superb hair styling salon ranks up there with the best! The customer service is superb, the talent he has is top notch, getting a cut and style from Ronda, well, it was one of the best! No doubt that Warren Scott will continue to draw professionals, trend setters and individuals looking for a super salon with the customer service to boot. more

Good! But not as good as expected 6/22/2002

By reading all of the reviews before I went, I will say my expectations were really high. However, I felt that the stylist did a good job on giving me a new hairstyle. Also, I felt that she did spend a lot of time with me. However, I guess for $35.00 for a cut and the build-up, I expected a little more customer service. I just felt the ambience wasn't as upscale as I thought it should be for the price. Plus highlights were going to cost $90 and that's w/o a cut. I thought that was just a little too much to pay. Pros: Skilled Stylists, Free Consultation Cons: Expensive, Not enough C.Service more
