Great for Daytona 1/8/2009

I have to tell you that I read the lady's comment below and definitely don't see what's she's talking about. I love the fact they have an affordable FL resident rate at 20 bucks. I live in Sanford and can't stand the lines at the orlando parks; this place is pretty awesome. The people are nice, good with the kids and I love the fact that htey have paramedics at the park. I feel alot better about bringing my niece knowing they're there. food can get a little pricey but nothing like disney! more

it's just okay 8/5/2005

The Daytona Lagoon recently reopened and my whole family was excited about going. We were hoping for some new attractions at the water park sinc it was refurbished recently.It seems to be the same old same old. For the money I'd much rather drive the extra distanc and go to Disney World's Typhoon Lagoon. Inside Daytona Lagoon is a loud Vegas style arcade. Not exactly wholesome family entertainment. Save your money and go to the beach. more
