I would like to commend Trisha who works at Davis Vision in Medford. I noticed the two times I had appointments she was very friendly and quick to help the customer. I was picking up my contact lenses and brought in a spare pair of sunglasses that had broken that I purchased privately elsewhere. I asked Trisha if she could help fix them. Within 5 minutes they were as good as new. She was so accomodating and offered her help anytime if I needed it. She is an asset to Davis Vision and in my opionion gets an A+. more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. MY DAUGHTER HAD A APOINTMENT FOR 11 A.M. ARRIVED AT 10:50 AND FILLED OUT PAPER WORK. BY 11 A.M WAS SEEN BY DOCTOR. WAS FINISHED AT ABOUT 11:10. SET IN LOBBY UNTIL ABOUT 12. WITHIN THAT TIME ABOUT 10 PEOPLE HAD COME AND GONE. NOW LET ME TELL YOU THEY WERE NOT SHORT OF HELP. THEY HAD ABOUT 10 PEOPLE WORKING IN THE STORE, OF WHICH MOST OF THE TIME THEY WERE JUST STANDING AROUND TALKING TO EACH OTHER. more

I had my eye exam on december 14th and recieved my glasses on December 22nd. Usually they dilated my eyes but because there was a holiday party going on they didnt. When I got my new glasses, I wore them for 2 days but they felt strange, so I went back to my own glasses. Finally, I got an appointment with a different eye doctor. It turned out that the new prescription was totally wrong, the old glasses were fine, the new lens I received were wrong. I spoke with the Manager, she refused to give me new lens with the correct prescription. She was also rude and unwilling to come to any agreement. I have been going there over 20 years. They have lost a customer, I will NEVER GO BACK there again! more

I have been coming to Davis for 6 years. It has gotten very busy. I guess it is because they do a great job. You wait a long time at a great resturant dont you!!. This location is very large and in a busy shopping center. The managers are very professional and try do move things along as fast as possible and still give each patient the time they need. Contacts and glasses take time, so you do have to wait a few days. But its worth it. Pros: Great Drs, managers and staff Cons: Waiting time. but it is a Drs office. more

After waiting forever for my appointment and ordering contacts... I never received a phone call that they were ready to be picked up. I finally went up to the store 5 minutes before they closed and the door was locked, other customers were still in the store. EVERYONE completely ignored me I even had one person come right up to the door to fix something look at me and then walk away-- later to find out that he was the MANAGER of the store!! Finally another costumer came out of the store so I went in and walked up to the counter and asked for my contacts that I already paid for. When I told the man who ignored me earlier that I never received a phone call -- he asked me for my phone number and I said You do not need it, because I am not coming back here again after being ignored at the door. He then began to yell at me and it continued from there... I WILL NEVER GO BACK--- I do not recommend this store to anyone EVER!! Cons: rude,disrespectful more
