I find the Davis Theater to be cozy and family friendly. I like the choice of movies and I don't have to go a great distance to see a movie. Everyone is friendly and the owners remember who you are when you come back to see another movie, I like that very much. It may be small in size compared to the ones in the bigger cities, but it is a warm and friendly place to go to, more

Great Small Cozy Theater in Higginsville 7/12/2005

This little theater located in downtown Higginsville is a great place because it is so small. The screens are fine, but there are only about 50 seats in each theater. Higginsville is a small town so not that many people go there. Plus, it's cheaper than a chain theater like AMC or what have you. They just remodeled the place and they have a TON of movie posters decorating the place that are fun to look at. Check them out at www.davistheatre.com more
