Rude employees 9/28/2005

I purchased my wedding dress a year ago from David's Bridal, and encountered several rude employees. I forced myself to try other locations-thinking it was only the store I was going to. However, they seem to be snotty and rude at all locations. However, my dress was beautiful. I felt the price was reasonable and I received a ton of compliments on it! more

Wonderful if you're snobby and rich-looking. 7/13/2005

This was not such a wonderful experience. I will say, however, that they have some very amazing dresses. But! the service wasn't so hot. I guess my girlfriend wasn't "rich-looking" enough, so we barely got any help at all, while other people that were older were getting much more attention. I guess they will only go for the big sells, even though I was more than willing to fork over the cash. Oh well, they aren't getting any of my money now. more

Good selection, bad prices. 6/20/2005

This place has a great selection of dresses although their prices on everything are a bit high. We received a lot of help when we went in but the people helping us were very rude to other customers. Everything I tried on there looked really nice, but there was a lot of sales pressure to buy which I hated. They sold a tiara there for $150 - half the cost of my dress! I'm going to browse around online before I buy here but the dress selection is fantastic. more
