I would honestly like to give them 0 stars as a rating, but that is not an available option. The David's Bridal in Nashua was probably the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life. As the bride, I wanted the experience to be pleasant for myself and the bridal party and was hoping at the least that the employees at David's Bridal would be polite and treated like human beings. I had to visit David's Bridal 4 times for myself and my family (some of whom were flying in from out of country) and they did nothing but make us feel like we were bothersome and an inconvenience. \r

After purchasing our dresses, we had to go in for alterations, which I may say was the WORST part of the customer service (I'm not sure that is a good word for what they provided us with). The employees stuffed my bridesmaids (mother and daughter) into the same room to put their dresses on (a little akward when putting on your strapless bras since they are both grown women). The woman was also complaining that she had to pin down my sister's dress (maid of honor that had just gotten off a 13 hour flight the night before). Only after speaking to the manager, were they any help at all. However neither the manager, or the employees doing alterations offered us any apology for their outrageous complaints (to do their job) and their unwillingness to help. \r

Unless you are a desperate bride that enjoys being treated like a piece of disposable ""trash,"" I would not recommend going to the David's Bridal in Nashua. \r

Pros: Honestly there are not enough pros to outweigh the horrible service
Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPLOYEES
