I was framed for Dui.by manheim township police Dept.Had me sign forms that i did not have a chance to read over before i signed them. Had me sign forms in the hallway of his office because he told me that he would be out of town. While iwas signing them he sneaked in the back way. When he saw me he disapeared. My wife at time told me not to trust him.
