All I really have to say is wow. I felt like I was the most important customer in the building, which I couldn't really have been since I was one of about 5 AND I was only looking at used cars. Not exactly the kind of person most dealerships would want to spend a ton of time on on a very busy Saturday. \r
However, James (used car manager), Jeff (sales) and Eric (head manager) were all extremely helpful, patient, and thorough. I never felt rushed or pressured, even though it was a busy day at the end of the year. I had never bought a car all on my own before, and I was terrified of what the experience would be like. When first searching for a car, I visited TONS of Toyota and Honda dealerships in So Cal (Kobe, Carson, Hooman, etc) and was not once impressed with the people, the deals, or the experience. I came to this dealership because their used cars are right out front, looking shiny and inviting, and let's be honest: every where you go in the San Fernando Valley, you see about a million bright green David Ellis plates. It must mean something!\r
I got the perfect used 2007 Honda Accord, at a truly great price. The price matched the miles, the Carfax report was available, and the test drive was pleasant (no awkwardness or pushiness). I couldn't have felt more at ease. When it came time to actually sit down and spend my money, I was surprised at how smooth the process was. I was walked through every step, signed all the paperwork, and was out the door. I'm a car owner, and I love it! \r
I also know I'll be taking my new car here for service.\r
The only reason I'm deducting a star is because I wish I could have seen more used cars. I feel confident with my choice, but you can never have too many options!
