I took my computer in for removal of a virus, they only removed part of it, and told me to come pick up my computer as the problem was solved. They did not even check that the problem had been solved - they are in the business of fixing computers and did not complete the job. I was willing to pay if the problem was solved. When I tried to dispute it I was told to go take it up with the owner, who by the way was not around but I could try calling the other store to see if he was there - that is their customer service policy. They have a poor capability to accomplish what they are supposed to accomplish and even worse customer care procedures along with a complete lack of escalation processes - the basics for what a service organization should have today, however they charge the same price as all the alternatives with professional techniques and customer service.
