Thought it was Power Steering 6/19/2014

I thought I had a major power steering problem. Marc showed me, it was a simple and minor transmission fluid leak. While it needs to be looked and repaired, he found something much more demanding. My inspection was over due. At Dan's Auto, they check everything and inform the customer of what is going on. more

I love the fact that instead of putting a another sticker on my window you remind me of my next oil change via email! I was able to call last minute and get a loaner which saved me from having to wait there. Thanks again Marc for all you do more

Power Steering 4/15/2014

The leak was found and the previously installed bad hose was shown to me. The pin hole leak in the hose, had no wear or tear that could be seen from the outside. It must be assumed it failed from the inside out. The hose was replaced for free. The entire system was checked for other problems and none found. Great work, going the extra mile and very friendly. more
