While Dan is expensive, he is thorough, has worked most issues from both sides of the table, and helps prioritize the issues. He is flexible to work with his clients in the way the clients want to work (e.g., in the background, as the negotiator, or as the writer). One downside is that Dan works for a larger firm and sometimes has to recuse himself because of conflicts.
