The amount of money they've saved me over the years is ridiculous. I have been to them for everything from basic alignments, to replacing front-ends. What sets this place apart is: They have REAL mechanics. If something is broken, bent, or whatever, they will first try to FIX IT. Most places jump straight to replacing the parts. They are capable of working on most any car. I've driven mostly imports for years, and they handle those just as well. I wrecked my 06 honda civic si. I won't let just anyone touch my si. But it came back beautiful. Above all else, they are HONEST... I mean really honest. more

I had been to several different places to get my car looked at and none of them seemed to be able to tell me what was wrong. I took it to Dallas Frame and they diagnosed my alignment issue on the spot. Had it fixed the next day and was on my way. Very friendly and informative staff. Great experience here. more

This shop takes advantage of their customers who don't know anything about frames. I brought a truck to these guys that was swayed to the right and dumped behind the upper control arm. Result was the wheel and tire fit, but turn radius was limited by rubbing the inside of the well and set back a whole 2 inches where it should be and they didn't pull the sway out of the front of the truck so the hood wouldn't shut without laying on the fender. None of the lines on my truck lined up. When I called and explained that the truck was not repaired correctly they told me that the frame on my 3/4 ton truck probably settled back to where it was; impossible, they just didnt do the job. On top of them not doing the job, they charged me ATLEAST double what any other shop would have charged. I took it to another shop and they finished the job for $600 and the hood and all the lined lined up perfect. Steer away from these folks unless you want to be fed lies and overcharged. By the way they didn't give me an hourly rate. The standard is $45 an hour and should have taken someone who knows what their doing more than 8 hours to do, not 22 like I was charged. It literally looked like they straightened the upper control arm tabs and put in a new control arm and gave it back with the frame still bent. more
