Thank you, Dr. Pam Johnson 8/11/2013

I couldn't believe it!!! Dr. Johnson diagnosed me with adult-onset diabetes. I was astonished!!!! How could this happen to me? She started me on medications and spent a lot of time explaining to me how I got the disease and what I can do to combat it. I thought I would be stuck with this forever. I hate taking medicine but Dr Pam Johnson talked to me and motivated me to make changes in my lifestyle. So far, I lost 30 pounds and THANKFULLY I hope to get off the medications next year.\r I also feel so much better. Thank you Dr. Johnson for having faith in me and helping me through this very trying time. Thank you. Thank you! more

Anxiety and infection 8/11/2013

I'm a very difficult patient because I have an anxiety disorder, especially when I go to doctor's offices. I came to see Dr. Pam Johnson for a deep cut on my leg that had gotten infected because I would not go to the doctor. Dr. Johnson was very patient with me. She cleaned the cut and examined it, told me I had a bad infection and gave me antibiotics. Because it was so bad, she had to remove ugly dead tissue. She then talked to me about why I was so anxious. I didn't really want to talk to her about this, but somehow she got me to tell her a lot of stuff that was bothering me. I followed up on the next day and then she broached the anxiety problem. After talking for awhile, she started me on an anti-anxiety medication and sent me to a really nice counselor. I am still anxious but not as much. I can function better. My infection is gone. I plan to go back to see Dr. Johnson in a few weeks to talk about the medications. She really helped me; I am almost a different person.....much happi more

Stop smoking 8/10/2013

I have tried to stop smoking for ages. None of the medications worked. Dr. Pam Johnson sat down with me and explained to me how nicotine addiction occurs and then she gave me simple steps to quit. I quit in 3-1/2 months and I haven't smoked for 3 months. I am really thankful. more

Thank you, Dr. Pam Johnson 8/10/2013

My gynecologist said I needed a hysterectomy. Dr. Johnson spent a good amount of time telling me about options that my gynecologist did not tell me about. Since I am perimenopausal a hysterectomy isn't the only way to go, Dr Johnson explained. I followed her recommendations and my bleeding is not a problem at all. I am waiting for menopause and do not plan on having a hysterectomy. Yeh!!!! This saved me a lot of money and time off work (lost wages) Thank you Dr. Pam Johnson!!! more

Great Physician 2/7/2013

In all fairness to Dr. Johnson, she has been the most thorough, attentive and concerned physicial I have ever had!!! There has never been a time when I have visited her that I felt rushed or like a stranger. Her level of professional is above average and she wastes no time in telling you what you need to hear as opposed to what you want to hear concerning your health. On my last visit, she sat and spoke with me for 20 minutes and I was only there to get my medicine refilled. more

Quick and Highly Efficient 12/27/2010

I have visited this clinic for everything from skin issues, and sinus infections to my yearly well woman's exam. They are prompt, accurate and they make me feel comfortable about discussing whatever ailment I might have. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Pamela Johnson. more

Tabloid Reporting 5/29/2010

Unfortunately, the Washington Post reporter took some information and incorrectly came up with a story that is not true. She did a huge disservice to the physicians she wrote about in her series. Physicians have no way of refuting what the reporters write. The reporter called me before the article was written. I had no idea what she was writing about, but she kept asking me self-implicating questions that made no sense. She took my comments out of context and misrepresented the chronology of the series of events to fit her theme. Her interpretation of what happened was incorrect. After the article came out, I talked with her editor and explained things. The editor said she was sorry and that no more articles of this nature would be written, but the damage had been done. This tabloid reporting is deceivable and shouldn't be allowed. more

Chi M. Pham, MD could not have been more RUDE? 4/22/2010

I have just returned from taking my out of town relative to the clinic and I am absolutely furious by the behavior of the "Doctor". After a very long wait he walked into the room asked why we were there and even before the brief explanation was given, he turns and in a biting tone shouts at us, "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT?????"...........and then walked out of the room. We waited 10 more minutes before the nurse came in and told us she was very sorry but the doctor could not help us.\r I am COMPLETELY disgusted with the ill treatment we received and will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know about my experience. We were not there today because we had nothing better to do with our afternoon, we were there in search of a Doctor and came up empty. Chi Pham, have you even HEARD of the Hippocratic Oath? Shame on you, you really ought to seek another profession because you FAIL as a physician. more

Research about one of the Dr's before going to this clinic! 1/6/2010

You should research about Dr. Pamela L Johnson before becoming her patient.... She has had her license revoked from three states! You can read about it in the Washington Post or just Google her name. Thankfully I looked her up before going to this Clinic. more
