As you know in trying to care for elderly parents, the relationship with the doctor can make all the difference in helping facilitate a smooth transition to assisted living or arranging in home care-giving. The office at PISMO FAMILY PRACTICE was so prohibitive in any type of partnership or help in taking care of my father it was shocking. They do not care about my dad as a patient, they did not want to hear any input I had in his decline in health. Specifically, M_r_a R. the front desk phone person refused to allow me to even leave a message for Dr. Vallerie Reilly regarding the state of my dad's health, and a test I know he will need...but could be overlooked during his visit. This is unacceptable in today's world and could put my dad at risk. Tsk, tsk, Pismo Family Practice. Shame on you!
