My family has gone to Dr. Weiss for what seems like forever, and we love her! The office staff is absolutely wonderful and they are always willing to answer any questions I might have. This is most definitely a five star practice! more

Dr. Weiss has my absolute trust when it comes to taking care of me and my family. On one occasion I had a minor emergency during the weekend and she called me right after I got off the phone with her answering service. Do NOT hesitate to see Dr. Weiss! Best on the Central Coast. more

The WORST Doctor's office I have ever had the displeasure of attending. The staff is inattentive and snotty, they have ZERO communication between staff members. They rush you through the appointment like you're just another cow on the slaughter line and offer NO guidance and NO help, especially when it comes to referrals or insurance guidance. They want your money, then they want you out of there. They will keep making up BS excuses because they're too lazy to actually help. Don't go to this Doctor or Practice if you expect any type of health. I would only recommend them if you're 100% healthy and have no medical issues whatsoever and never actually have to go there. Pros: Nice office with an ocean view....and that's it. Cons: Inattentive, snotty staff, lack of help with anything more

As you know in trying to care for elderly parents, the relationship with the doctor can make all the difference in helping facilitate a smooth transition to assisted living or arranging in home care-giving. The office at PISMO FAMILY PRACTICE was so prohibitive in any type of partnership or help in taking care of my father it was shocking. They do not care about my dad as a patient, they did not want to hear any input I had in his decline in health. Specifically, M_r_a R. the front desk phone person refused to allow me to even leave a message for Dr. Vallerie Reilly regarding the state of my dad's health, and a test I know he will need...but could be overlooked during his visit. This is unacceptable in today's world and could put my dad at risk. Tsk, tsk, Pismo Family Practice. Shame on you! more
