The instructors are vague and unfriendly and the staff is very unprofessional. After investing a great deal of money in driving lessons at this school, I paid to take a D&D car to the road site only to find that my road test was not scheduled for some reason. While I was trying to work things out with the RMV on the phone, the instructor just drove off, leaving me stranded at the road test site without a way to get back home. I asked for a refund for my grievances but instead, the staff yelled at me. This school is poorly managed and you will undoubtedly pay more than what you will receive. Choose any other driving school in Boston; D&D is simply not worth your trouble.
