My husband, daughter and I have been to Derma Technique Day Spa a half dozen times..........twice for lunch, facials, 2 hour massages, pedicures, manicures at a cost of $700 each ...

BIG, HUGE Disappointment 6/30/2012

My husband, daughter and I have been to Derma Technique Day Spa a half dozen times..........twice for lunch, facials, 2 hour massages, pedicures, manicures at a cost of $700 each visit. We will NEVER go back. Disappointed in the lunch, massages and the facials. Instead of the facial being soothing, the lady continually slapped my face (hardly relaxing).......the massages were weak and mediocre at best ....... the pedicurist did the opposite of what I asked for and now I'm dealing with ingrown nails. I'm a businessperson and understand the value of honoring my customers even if it cost me out of pocket. I gave Regina, owner of Derma T, the opportunity to make it right and her response was to ban us from EVER returning......not that we would. Apparently she has enough business. I can assure you, Regina, I will not hesitate to discuss my visit with anyone that will listen. more

Great Spa! 11/7/2005

This is a beautiful spa in a great location! Great for a day of shopping and pampering. I've been going to Derma Technique for over 6 years now, and have been consistently impressed with the quality of their services. The staff are always polite and helpful and try their best to make you comfortable. I have had manicures, pedicures, waxing, and facials. My favorite service, is the facials. They are absolutely amazing! I also by gift certificates to Derma Technique for friends and family members. It is a great gift, that it always appreciated. The GC's are package beautifully as well! If you live in the Champions area, definitely give Derma Technique a try! more

    Upon arrival, expect to be whisked back to a soothing relaxation area and then on to your treatment room, with no unnecessary paperwork, or even a changing room, to stand between you and the treatment bed. The bright space is covered in tile floors, which offer a clean counterpoint to patterned sofas, Persian rugs and other color-soaked decorative touches. Given time to sit in the wainscoted waiting room, you might just be convinced you're in the living room of a gal pal whose tastes lean toward the traditional.

    Don't bother booking a particular kind of facial when you schedule your appointment, even though there are six to choose from. Other treatments include hot stone treatment, sea salt body brushing, seaweed body wrap and detoxifying, all with a Vichy/Swiss combination shower.
