Platinum limo get a HUGE thumbs up OK.....So I will be straight up here. I had some trouble booking the reservation. I booked it online and dealt with an agent on the Chat system. The agent gave me some false information regarding when they would debit my account. I asked the agent...."When would my account be debited for this??? "Agent replied, "you will be billed once you are returned to the airport." That was great for me because I do not get paid for another week and had plenty of time to put more money in the bank to cover the transition. Turns out, they charged me the minute i booked it and it drew over draft fees. I called and spoke with a rep. and she was very verbatim. Saying, manager says this and that. There final line was....It was in the fine print when you booked in online that you would be instantly charged. So that’s the reason they would not either refund money or at least upgrade my car to the next one....which wasn’t a whole lot more really. Bottom line...I got hosed on that. I was VERY nervous about booking with them, but I already did so i rolled with it. We arrived to Denver airport about 30 min ahead of schedule and I was worried that we were going to have to sit around and wait for the Limo to arrive. To our surprise, a finally dressed gentleman named eddie was holding a sign stating our name was patiently waiting for us to get our luggage. He was there waiting before the luggage was even on the conveyor belt. He not only grabbed our bags, but he took them to the car where he had a rose waiting for my freshly married wife and a bottle of champagne. CHRIS was the gentleman who took care of us, and he was a GREAT driver. The car was clean and we were very "kid dish" playing with buttons in the back seat adjusting the radio, A/C, and fiber optic lights in the ceiling (which was way cool!!) We asked Guto to please take us to a Liquor store. AND HE DID!! He never made us feel like we were bothering him. He patiently waited outside the car to open the doors for us when we came out of the store. Honestly....CHRIS made this trip and rating of Platinum limo go from a 1 to a 10!!! HE made sure everything was taken care of and we appreciated it. The next time we come down we will be requesting him!!! Bottom line....If you have questions, don’t deal with online support, call them personally. And always request CHRIS
