Nice to see a place that knows the value of a customer! 12/30/2010

After searching the Internet for different vehicles, I've been comparing the Hondas and Acura’s, and have it down to 2 models. I decided to call the dealerships and ask a few questions. I believe in speaking to 3 different opinions before I buy a car. I figured I'd call the Acura dealers in my area since we are leaning more toward a used MDX. I called Mission Viejo, South Coast and Tustin. I was impressed when I called DCH Tustin Acura, the receptionist was very nice, she listened to my requests, explained unfortunately the sales personnel were with customers, and asked if I'd like to wait or would like a call back. I told her I didn't mind waiting, she also took the time to tell me they had a car finder service to help me find what I’m looking for. After less than a minute she came back on the line, apologized for the wait and said she was transferring me to their manager, Alex. I expected another pushy sales person, but he was really nice also, he answer all my questions, and even offered to locate the used Honda I was comparing at no additional cost if I decided on a Honda, or another model. I was very impressed that the manager took the time to take care of my questions, and when I told him so, he humbly apologized that his staff were with other people, and said he didn't mind at all, he said he was happy to assist. There was no pushing to buy today, which is what I expected, and he even told me that if I did decide on a Honda, I could get it serviced there too. Which is nice since my wife’s sister lives in Irvine and she goes there a lot. Needless to say I appreciate the help and professionalism they provided me, I've been there several times now and i'm working with Kenny, their internet sales person, everyone at the dealership has been nothing but helpful and accommodating, I've stopped in a couple times now to see couple of their cars and bumped into a few service people who offered assistance and smiles, nice to see a place that knows the value of a customer! Now if my wife can just decide on a car! more

Absolute Professionalism! 2/1/2009

I should like to compliment your Internet Manager for his absolute professionalism and helpfulness throughout our time there. Other staff, from our test drive assistant to the receptionist, to other sales staff offering coffee, etc., were top notch. Our finance director, was terrific, and made the arduous task of signing contracts and navigating warranties actually pleasant. It feels like we have made new friends at our new dealership. more

Top notch service center too! 12/17/2008

I had a rattle that needed attention. They were helpful, even helped me pair up my bluetooth and easily answered all my quesitons, and the rattle ended up being a loose bolt. I was in and out in 20 minutes without paying a dime, and they didn't try to sell me anything. Excellent service. more

Amazing, a dealership that really cares! 12/17/2008

Good: We really liked that Kalolo went over all the details of the vehicle before and after, didn't pressure us, and let us make our own decisions. Best purchase I've ever had! Really glad we went there!. Bad: I hate filling out paperwork but that's out of their hands all the legal stuff. The Kathy Lee the finance manager was great and made sure we understood everything before we signed anything.. more

So I've been to several Acura dealerships in CA and none of them compare. I've never had a bad experience. With my purchases and with all my services my experiences have always been outstanding and I've been with them for years! I've even refered 4 of my friends and they had the same experiences. Bad customer service and dishonesty 11/25/2006

I have very bad experience to purchase a new 2006 TSX at that dealer. The sales team played game with me and end up dishonest the price what they gave out. They wasted my time to deal with them. more
