I just went around town to several bicycle shops, and this place was by far the friendliest place. I didn't know the first thing about bikes, and the salesperson was SUPER helpfu...

Worst

Service was fine but the guy there (and there's only consistently one guy there) tried to sell me a $250.00 rehaul for a $15.00 problem. Absolutely ridiculous. The guys at Bicycle...

Something fishy with 'free' service 1/31/2009

No problems with buying the bike, however: more

WORST PLACE EVER!!! 5/9/2008

Where do I begin? Well, IKE the manager is a complete M_ _ _N and very RUDE!!! David the owner is probably less competent than Ike. And no one has a clue what they are doing. I?m not even sure they know they sell bikes. Pros: Mum is the word Cons: They are still in business. more

Never even made it to the store.... 2/12/2008

I lost my leg and knee due to cancer and decided to try and buy a bicycle for physical therapy for both myself and my wife, and called Cycle Spectrum on Sterling Center Lane using the number that was found with an online search. Pros: they scared me off before I even got a chance to see any pros Cons: they tell customers they dont f*cking care what they want... more

Friendly service but you'll get ripped off 9/18/2006

Service was fine but the guy there (and there's only consistently one guy there) tried to sell me a $250.00 rehaul for a $15.00 problem. Absolutely ridiculous. The guys at Bicycle World on Rice Blvd. fixed the problem in 10 minutes. No hassle. Cons: Over-priced, under-staffed more

Great Service! 2/13/2006

I just went around town to several bicycle shops, and this place was by far the friendliest place. I didn't know the first thing about bikes, and the salesperson was SUPER helpful in determining my needs, and fitting me in the right bike for the right price. I bought a few upgrades, gadgets, and accessories, and he was very helpful in making suggestions in trying to reduce cost for me. When you buy a bike from them, all service is free for the life of the bike... all you have to do is buy the parts, and they'll install it for FREE! GREAT experience. Pros: Knowledgable, Friendly, budget conscious more

No barn, no skis, just bikes, just right 8/27/2002

Not as big and stuffy as other places. They don't do ski's, just bikes which is a good thing. A store staffed by bike guys that really know bikes. They'll let you know the difference between what you need and want. Very good at not letting on you're being an idiot. Not that I ever am of course... Pros: service, knowledge, service Cons: selection more
