Where do I begin....let's just tell ya what's been happening recently. For the better part of 3 weeks I have been trying to correct issues with the ICUII Program. As of this date I've sent 3 emails to tech support trying to get some assistance. So far I have yet to get any kind of response. Trying to call the company and getting someone to answer the phone for you is just as difficult. So how does a company that treats customers this way continue to operate. There's a very good question. I'm afraid that the answer is not going to help the employess pay the bills. Cybration, Inc. more than likely will begin to fail; however, perhaps George W. could bail them out before bancruptcy and his term of office expires on Jan. 20, 2009!!!\r
