I tried Cybershop for a camera purchase. A a wholesale reseller, I needed it shipped to a different address. They cancelled my order and said that I could only ship to another address through Paypal. I have an Paypal account, so the next day, I reordered and they took my payment. After waiting another day, They contacted me again and said they were out of stock. I wonder if they ever had the camera - so I called and asked. I just wanted to find out how they do business. The person who answers the phone gave me the "oh well" attitude. Thats fine, because its his business, but I wont be making mt purchases there. I need someone who doesn't wait until an item is ordered to figure out they don't have it. If you can wait for your item or shop around, then use them. If you want your payment to initiate action, then they are probably not for you. more

My experience with cybershops was nothing but pleasant, their free shipping service was so fast it got to my door within 2 days. They've recently changed their website to work on my phone and iPad and I sometimes browse their barber tools section to check out the brand new wireless clippers I've been waiting to buy. Their daily deals pullouts give you one-time deals on products that are not in the regular storefront. Great E-commerce site and I would recommend it to anyone if they have your item in stock. I had to wait 2 weeks for an item that was labeled "out of stock" so they could get it from the manufacturer, they did send me a backorder email and ask me if I'd like to cancel my transaction after I responded to the backorder email asking how long it would be to ship. more

Cybershops is awesome 1/3/2013

I bought several keyboard and mouse combos from them and they were all perfect, even though they were marked as refurbished they looked like brand new. I had a problem connecting one of them and called their customer service line, they took the time and trouble shoot my problem which was really my own oversight to begin with. I am not much of a review writer but I felt compelled to write this because I ordered a headphone few days before Christmas and they got it to me right o.n time They are one of the first places I will check for stuff to buy from now on , thanks Cybershops more

STAY AWAY from cybershops (storefront on pricegrabber) 3/30/2006

my worst experience ever making online purchases. i found cybershops through pricegrabber.com and purchased a microsoft wireless tilted keyboard & mouse set. they sell new, refurbished, and OEM items so i read the descriptions for the product carefully because i wanted new item only. on the website under product description for this item, it said "BRAND NEW, factory sealed retail box includes ALL accessories, batteries and full manufacturer warranty". so i ordered based on this statement. the product i received was definitely not brand new. when I peeled off the first layer of seal, I found a second layer underneath that HAD ALREADY BEEN CUT APART! in addition, the components inside the box had been rearranged. i emailed them and asked for a full refund (without the 15% restocking fee.) they emailed me back and insisted that it was brand new and said that i was accusing them of things that were completely untrue. i do not see how something could be brand new factory sealed if the seal had already been broken! i have never been angrier with a purchase and advise everyone to stay far away!! cybershops = dishonesty and rude customer service more
