This pharmacy is the worst I have been to in Massachusetts or anywhere. The service at the pharmacy is slow, the pharmacists rude and unknowledgeable, as well as as completely apethetic. One of many bad experiences I have had here as I sat in the waiting area with my infant son who was sick, was a pharmacist walking around the store in search of a snack, taking a personal call, and chatting with others while my prescription sat for 20 minutes full, but not delivered to me while he took care of his personal business. It was apalling. Similarly, I had a rude young woman answer the phone, after waiting 2 hours for 1 pill to be ready, telling me she had ""no idea"" when my order will be ready as the wait time could run hours. I have never in my life come across such consistent, poor mannered, rude, and uncaring individuals. Completely unprofessional. I will not be returning to the Front St pharmacy again.
