Curl Up & Dye

I found Curl Up N Dye after running an internet search for 'Pin-up Hair Up do Las Vegas'. I was getting married and had a very specific idea of what I wanted done. I made the call and was referred to Lety - the AMAZING stylist that specializes in this type of style. I made the appointment for myself, my maid of honor, and two moms. My hair turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Lety - thank you - you made my day! Everyone else's hair turned out amazing too, I can't say enough about this salon. It was fun, laid-back, and extremely professional. To top it all off the price was UNREAL - I will absolutely return here when in Vegas for any styling needs. This salon is fun and edgey with a great vibe from all the stylist. It is a very laid back salon and i dont feel like im unwanted by the stylist. They treat you like they have known you forever! They take pride in all their services. The stylist that did my hair really went over everything to make sure the color and cut was exactly what i wanted. They arent pricey and you walk out with amazing work! I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done! more

I got my hair done at Curl Up N Dye yesterday and Im in loooove. I have long hair that was cut, colored and highlighted. I was charged about $90 less than my last salon and the girl doing my hair was fun, educated about her profession and really took pride in what she does. All the other stylists also interacted with each others clients and offered opinions when I was unsure of what I wanted. The salon is DEF not your grandmothers salon but thats what was fun about it. When there were kids in the salon, the girls toned it down a little bit. I would absolutley go back and recommend friends to go check it out Pros: fun staff, great prices more

Oh. My. God. I have been to a lot of salons over the years, and I have never seen anything like this. The place is filthy. Cigarette butts, hair everywhere, just disgusting. The girl that did my hair was texting on her cell phone, and even answered it. I couldn't believe it. I had highlights and a cut. While the bleach was on my hair processing, she decides she is gonna step outside for a few smokes. Well because of her carelessness, the bleach bled and I had a huge spot on the back of my head. I honestly could have done it better myself. Furthermore, I am no prude but the stylists were using words so profane that even I was blushing. They obviously don't care about their clients or their business, their attitude is that they are doing you a huge favor by doing your hair, not the other way around. Absolutely unprofessional, disgusting, and vulger. It seems to be all about shock value, they don't want to be thought of as the stuck up salon. Well I have been to ""snobby"" salons before, and have been treated far better! What a joke. I would rather have a root canal than go back to this salon..if you would even call it that!
