Watching the “coffee trend” sweep from the Pacific Northwest eastward, Cupa Cabana Espresso & Coffee Catering began in 1994 as an on-site festival coffee bar as increasing numbers of people were becoming more particular about their coffee preferences. Seeing the growing consumer demand for a better product at events, owners Marianne Cordillo and Pat Cochran evolved their small business into a service for the special event industry, serving banquet facilities, hotels, country clubs, caterers, wedding and event planners. This concept now afforded these professionals the opportunity to offer the popular beverages to their clients without the need to dedicate staff, purchase expensive equipment and inferior product. Marianne is a trained barista from Best Coffee School in Eugene, Oregon. She personally trains and educates all of her associates about coffee and best operating methods. Cupa Cabana serves New Jersey, New York Metro, Philadelphia and Delaware.
