Crystal City Physical Therapy is definitely committed to making your body better, and they are certainly qualified and skilled. However, the condescending attitudes of the office staff and one of the therapists made it difficult to relax and get through the treatment. Maybe they thought they were being nice and reassuring, but it came off as ""You're an idiot.""
