Crystal Nail 12/31/2005

I have only been to Crystal Nail once before, and I will say that I will never return again. When I walked into the spa, I picked out a color, and waited for my turn. I only had to wait for a short period of time, but, when the maicurist did my nails, she made no type of conversation whatesoever. I do not know if the utensils used were sterile or not, and the polish did chip after only a few days after I had gotten them done from Crystal Nail. The customer service was awful, the variety of polish was also awful, and even though the prices were pretty reasonabole, I will not return to Crystal Nail to get a maniture or a pedicure. more

interesting expereinces 12/28/2005

I've been to Crysal Nail a few times, and I have never had an expereince that matched the one before. The irst time I went, everything was great. The customer service was excellent, I did not have to wait for a while, and I enjoyed the experience. The second time I went, I had to wait a little longer to be waited on, even when I had an appointmnet. Also, the customer service was not as great, but, I disregarded everything. The last time I went, I did not have to wait at all and was helped immediately, even whenI did not have an appointmment. The customer servie was worse than the last time I went, which made me NOT leave a tip. I don't know if I will go there again because the service is not stable. more

Nails, by chance 8/27/2005

What mostly attracts people here is the prices, they arent too high ( I would actually say they are quite good) so people come to check it out. I would say this place is a plae of chance. You can either have a really goo experience or you can get kind of frustrated with the service. Everyone is friendly sure, but sometimes things just dont go as planned. It seemed like your manicurist can kind of easily get distracted or something. So I dont know, I havent really made up my mind yet wheather im satisfied or not. more

I went to Crystal Nail a couple of times. The first time I went, I was satisfied. Every time afterwards, something happened. The girls are friendly, but they'll pick up the phone and talk for quite some time while leaving you in wait. They work quickly, but not too effectively most of the time. A friend of mine went once and was cut to the point of bleeding on a basic pedicure. I started going because it was cheap and close to work. I've since abandoned this place for better quality, even if it's a little more expensive. more

Crystal Nai is the place where I go to get my nails and my toes done. I always have my eyebrows waxed here too. The prices aren't very high, and the people here are so nice and friendly. The Clement location gets crowded so be prepared to look for parking - there are no public lots in the area. This is also a good area for grocery shopping. I always recommend this place to everyone I know. more

If you want to save money 7/20/2005

I went to Crystal Nail because I heard that it was kind of cheap. It was cheap, but the service was not great. I have had manicures before, but this manicurist one was a bad one. She did not really pay attention to what they were doing, and she made a lot of careless errors when painting my nails. She were rushing it, too. more

Crystal Nails 7/8/2005

The lady in charge KNOWS what shes doing. She does waxes, pedicures, manicures, massages, and much more. But, last time I went, a lady walked right in front of me and I had to wait about thirty minutes until she was done. They had 3 workers doing nothing but standing and I still had to wait. The prices are okay. But in not so sure I would like to go back again. more
