Dr. Crump is a good dentist but the bad customer service policy was enough to make me leave. At one time, I had to add a second dental insurance for my son and I, and was told they don't bill two companies. So, obviously, i found a dentist that accepted both policies. I started a new job and went back to just one policy and tried to get an appointment with Dr. Crump again, but was told he doesn't accept "former" patients. I even explained why I left, but they didn't care.
