This review is long overdue. Diana and her team at Cruise Holidays ROCK! Me and my girlfriends desperately needed a getaway this summer and Diana swooped in to the rescue. She got us an awesome price at an UNBELIEVABLE all inclusive in Punta Cana, dealt with our payment drama and did it all with a smile on her face. My friends still can't believe the price we paid and the pictures are just priceless. The resort was just like the pictures on their website and the service was out of this world! To our surprise our excursions (snorkeIing, scuba, catarman) were also included. I HIGHLY recommend Cruise Holidays to cruisers and non-cruiser alike. I can't wait to plan our trip for 2013! more

I waited until the last minute to book our honeymoon, but that was no problem for Diana. She helped me find the perfect location and did all the grunt work for me. Will absolutely use her again for anniversary trips, or any vacation for that matter. more

We just got back from a cruise to Alaska. The trip was absolutely wonderful in every way! Diana Whiteside booked the cruise, airfare, and excursions for us.........all we had to do was sit back and enjoy every aspect of our anniversary trip! She was very professional and extremely devoted to making our vacation perfect! All it took was one phone call to Diana, and the rest was a breeze! more

We just returned from an Alaskan cruise and overland trip arranged by Diana Whiteside. Both parts of the trip were outstanding, due in no small part to Diana's assistance. She continually kept us updated, resolved a thorny issue over air transport, and even secured us a refund from the cruise line for an overnight stay that we couldn't use. She responded immediately to every question and request, even when traveling herself in Europe. It was a pleasure dealing with Cruise Holidays. We will certainly utilize Diana's services in the future. As an aside, Regent Seven Seas is a wonderful cruise line, which Diana has among her clients. more

Diana booked a Mediterranean cruise for us. She worked with us to find the exact package we were looking for. Our vacation was easily planned and created no stress (its vacation, it shouldn???t!). The cruise was great and our stateroom was great. The balcony was totally worth a few extra dollars! The info and recommendations from Cruise Holidays with respect to the activities and lodging in Rome were very useful. We felt very prepared for our European vacation with the help of Cruise Holidays. The best part was it required very little effort/time on our part. Thank you for the great vacation, I am sure this will not be out last time using Cruise Holidays! more

Service Above and Beyond 3/22/2012

Just got home from a wonderful Western Caribbean cruise! In Cozumel, however, the dolphin swim park had lost our reservation and were no help, whatsoever, in trying to resolve the situation. Diana came to the rescue - in person! (She happened to be on the same cruise.) She and her staff went above and beyond in trying to help me out - especially since I had not even booked the dolphin swim through her!! Diana and ShoreTrips dot com (the excursion co. I booked through) were very helpful and accomodating and ShoreTrips has offered to reimburse me (including the whopping pay phone charges!) even though the swim park was clearly at fault. more

Thanks for the AMAZING cruise! 3/2/2012

My husband was nervous about cruising and traveling out of the country, so we opted to use a travel agent, so all his questions were answered. Jennifer and Diane booked our cruise, helped us choose the right deck (deck 7 was the best with no noise from dance clubs or dining rooms) and answered all the questioned we could possibly think of. They also helped us book a fishing trip in Cozumel which was the highlight of the cruise for the boys. We went into this adventure with peace of mind we would never have had if we just booked online or directly with the cruise line. Thanks so much! We will be back!!!! Ren?e more

My wife and I wanted to take our first cruise and didn't know anything other than what we had seen online. Diana was recommended to us by a friend, and we paid her a visit. We were so glad that we did! She worked within our budget and was extremely knowledgeable about all the cruise lines and what types of crowds and environments you'd find on each one. She not only gave us great information about what's included and not included in the price, but scheduled transportation to and from the airport for us as well. Diana was great throughout - from setting up the cruise, to checking on us a couple weeks prior, and following up with us afterward to make sure that we had a wonderful time. We'll definitely be going back to her for our next cruise! more

Little did I know the nice lady in front of me was Diana from Cruise Holidays of Northwest Austin. She turned around and introduced herself and gave me her phone number. A month later I was booking through Diana for the Western Cruise. She took the time to make sure we knew everything we needed to know about our upcoming cruise. AMAZING ALASKA ADVENTURE!!!! My husband and celebrated our 20th Anniversary watching whales, eagles and bears! An adventure we will never forget. We are very busy people so we knew we needed an experienced Cruise Agent who would take care of every detail and just tell us where to show up. Diana Whiteside handle all the details and delivered an Anniversary we will never forget! We have already started planning our next cruise and we will only use Diana! Diana was very patient and helped me with all the complicated details for our Cruise/Stay to Italy/Greece/Turkey. The prearranged transfers from airport to hotel to cruise port, etc. worked flawlessly and reduced my anxiety considerably. She also helped us arrange private tours to some of the various port attractions (pompeii, ephesus, Istanbul) that were really great. Our Cruise was FANTASTIC! more
