Crimson is the brainchild of Diane Rose, who works in her restaurant daily to share her love of gourmet food with other appreciative souls. The menu could be described as "California Cuisine", but really, it should be called "Diane's favorites". Every selection, from the nightly specials to the fabulous short ribs which are featured every Thursday night, come straight out of Diane's love of great food.
Below are the weekly specials which are always running at Crimson:
Tuesdays: $25, 3-course prix fixe dinner
(different every week; seasonal)
Weds: HALF off any bottle of wine
Thurs: 2 for 1 shortribs
Friday: Diane's Hawaiian catch of the day!
Sat: Complimentary glass of bubbly with dinner!
Sun: No corkage fees! Bring friends and bottles.
