Crevier BMW went out of their way to make sure I was happy. After taking delivery of my new car, and having it for almost 3 weeks I noticed a stain in the carpet. I don’t think It came from me so I called them and told them. I made an appointment to come in and they were going to have the detail guys try to remove the stain. After about an hour I got my car back and they had shampooed the carpets in the entire car. Front and rear seat. Im very happy with the service I got from Crevier. more

Crevier BMW has the best and most knowledgeable staff around. They were able to tell me all the differences between the 325 and the 328i also the 5 series. To know all that information you really must have done your homework. I enjoy to speak to someone that knows about their field and can give me al the specs and info I could ever want. Crevier BMW has some of the best selection around for new and used cars. When they say you cant be extremely picky when buying a car unless you order it, here its not that way. From every model in every color, to different color intoners. They have so much to choose from. Im extremely satisfied with my purchase from Crevier BMW. more

We leased a 2011 328I last week and I wanted to share with you how well we were treated by Stephan Caraway. It was time for a oil change, so I brought the i535 to Crevier BMW. I was in the waiting room and comes in the technician. He said I was all done but they had to fix my tire. I had a nail in it and as a courtesy they went ahead and repaired it. I was so impressed with the level of service I received here at Crevier I am going to tell everyone I know with a BMW. I have had BMW cars for as long as I can remember. The car I am talking about this time is my M5. I have had it for almost 3 years and I enjoyed it, don’t get me wrong its an amazing car but I wanted something new. My last 2 purchases were at Crevier BMW, so naturaly im going to start there. When I arrived I told them I am looking for something new and didn’t know what. We drove around a few new cars and nothing caught my eye. Right befor I was about to leave Jim asked me if I would ever want to drive and suv. I never had one but it would be a concideration. We went for a ride in the new X6 and it blew me away. Dear Mr. Parajeckas and Mr. Liu…..recently I had the pleasure of doing business with your internet sales manager Matt Gleichman. I was in the market for my third consecutive BMW and was on my way to Irvine BMW, where I had done my last three deals. I live in Palm Springs and have to make an extra effort to buy cars in Orange County, but the offers seem to be better than at BMW of Palm Springs. I had already been given a good offer via phone by the sales manager at Irvine, but somehow the deal seemed too good and I decided to stop by Crevier first. It was a good decision. Frankly, I’m not sure if I got a better deal than I would have at Irvine, but here is what I did get: - Matt was the most easy going sales executive that I’ve ever dealt with. He exudes honesty and had a sincere interest in putting me in the best car for me…not for the dealership. Though I did not let him know it, I had decided that I was going to make a deal with him that day after only our first 10 minutes together. - You other associates, Kristine in Finance and Stacy in Lease Return we equally knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I felt like I was doing business with friends. I hope that the girls, along with Matt, will all be there when I return to get my next car. - The amount of stock that you have is incredible. You had almost every combination of packages and colors that I could think of. I ended up with the perfect, 535i pre-driven executive car. Where do I begin. I stoped here on a fluke looking for a used car. I didn’t think anyone would finance me on a new car considering I have been turned down at two other places. When I arrived I started looking in the used section which had some great looking cars. When my salesmen met with me he said before we start looking for cars lets see what you can get approved for. They ran my credit and he came back with the best news I heard in a long time. They would approve me for a new lower end car. I was so happy I was speechless. We left the used car area and started looking at the 3 series BMW’s. I ended up with a new 328i and I love it so much. Thank you so much to Crevier BMW more

My wife and I had wanted to get 2 new cars but wanted them matching. We had a bet to see who could come out with a better deal. We both went to the same dealer but acted as if we weren’t together. Both test drove a car with different salesmen and did the whole process, meanwhile keeping in contact by texting. I must say Crevier BMW is a very fair dealer. We both got the same incentives, same payment, and great service. At the end when they found out we were together they gave us a service package, considering we were getting 2 brand new cars. I came to Crevier BMW for routine maintenance and a check up. Good thing I did, I had a small coolant leak and a nail in my tire. They fixed the nail with no hassle and very quick might I add. I told my service writer about the leak. We scheduled a time for my car to get into the shop the following day. From the time I came in to when the car was ready, was about an hour. They understand how valuable time is these days and don’t mess around. I am extremely pleased with the service I receive every time I am here. Keep up the good work. more

My 335i broke down on me last week and I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it. I had it towed to Crevier BMW at 7am. Within two hours I had a call from the service advisor with the issue. Come to find out the BMW’s have a security feature that I somehow triggered and it would start. The entire computer of the car had to be reset and this was not covered through my extended warranty. When I arrived that afternoon I didn’t have a bill. My service advisor (his name not to be mentioned just in case) went ahead and put it through warranty to help me. I can’t stress enough how good the service is at Crevier BMW, they want to keep their customers as happy as possible. Thanks Again. more
