I have been a member since the Fall of 1999. For many years, I had no problems at all. I moved out of the country three years ago, and experienced some problems, financially. When I returned I found that not only had my checking account been closed (which is justifiable) but also that cu of texas would not provide adequate customer service. The last of many things that have occurred is that my new employer tried to direct deposit my first salary, and it was rejected. So now I have to wait another 48 to 72 hours before I will receive my pay. Unfortunately, today I have to search for a bank that will provide better customer service.
