I recently bought a pool from them, they were very friendly and helpful in the ordering process. after installation, i had a problem with a piece that came with it. i called the store and was told to bring it in, which i did that day. they still acted as though they did not know what to do when i brought it there. so i was told i would be given a call maybe friday, but maybe monday since they were worried about ""getting other customers pools in before the weekend"". monday afternoon, still no call. so i called them for the first time since dropping the piece off, this is 5 days later, and i was told i would need to speak to a manager. i started to explain that i had been told they would talk to the manager previously but i was cut off and talked rudely to before being told the manager would call me when he returned. he did not call, so i went to the store where i was told by the manager that he didn't know what was the ""deal"" with the piece so that's why he hadn't returned my phone call, even though he had my phone number and could easily have called to ask me. the manager and staff offered no apologies for my troubles, but rather spoke to me in a degrading manner, argued with me and passed blame onto others. the experience was so upsetting i would rather have no pool at all than to have bought one from them.
Cons: they make you feel as though they will be there to help you, but they absolutely are not
