Sadly, I have witnessed this business owner repeatedly and severely verbally battering customers and strangers alike. One star is listed only because there is no option for no stars. My purpose in posting this is to protect others (especially unsuspecting others) from such harm. Nobody should be abused in such ways. Of course, should she seek help to change her ways, I would immediately remove this review.
