In March 2015 we needed a car so we went back to Cowboy Toyota to see our friend Robert Schultz, the Sales Manager. Previously we bought a Toyota Camry from them in June 2014 through Costco Auto Program, which was the best car buying experience we have ever experienced. After discussing with Robert in extensive detail about different models and he gave us a printed quote for every car’s model we were interested in. Since we live in Plano, Texas we decided to check Toyota of Plano. The sales person showed us the cars and said because of Costco we can only get the cars from their inventory, which was not correct. Then after waiting for a long time sales person made us talk to his manager. The manager knew that we are buying car through Costco yet he still started giving us the typical dealers talk. He tried to pressurized us by giving us extra discounts if we bought the car right that minute, and also with financial plans even though the car had 0% APR. Talking to them was a comparison of price, and customer service. Cowboy Toyota didn’t have the model we were looking so they arranged it especially for us and delivered it to our home so that we didn’t have to make another trip to the dealership. Robert also gave me a loner while we were waiting for our car. Finance Manger was also very helpful, courteous, and patient. We are very impressed with their customer service everyone needs and is rare in other dealerships unlike Toyota of Plano. Robert Schultz is a honest person and an excellent Sales Manager. He is personal friend now who we call for questions all the time, and wish him all the best. more

GREAT SALESMAN!!!! 12/19/2014

i had been to more than 12 dealerships and was ready to give up! I had been pressured and lied to by just about all of them then my nephew talked me into giving Scott at Cowboy Toyota a chance and I am so glad I did!!! Scott Henderson never pressured me. He was informative and patient. When I buy in the future this is the only place I want to shop and Scott is the only salesman I want to deal with. Save your time, money and sanity and just go see Scott at Cowboy's!!! more

I was ready to give up and then I walked in to Cowboy Toyota and Scott Henderson changed my entire shopping experience! I had been to over 12 Toyota dealerships! I had been lied to and pressured by other salesmen for 3 days. Scott was up front and informative. He never pressured me. I am a woman who knows what I want and what I can afford and Scott respected that.i had been to Little Rock, AR as well as all over Dallas, Rockwall, Arlington etc. etc. Save your money and time not to mention sanity and just go see Scott at Cowboy first. When I need a new or used car Scott is now my go to guy!!! more

My suburban just hit 200,000 before Christmas. So I was in the market for a new vehicle. I test drove many SUV's and fell in love with the Toyota 4 Runner. I was very specific with what I wanted. It had to be black, with heated seats, sunroof, dark interior, cross bars, a 2014 and before the new year. My husband and I visited many Toyota dealerships in the area but Karen Schlatterer of Cowboy Toyota went the ""extra mile"" and found me exactly what I wanted for the price I was wanting to pay. She was honest, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this Dealership to all my friends and family. Karen you were “AWESOME”...love my seat warmers! more

DONT TRUST TIBIUS AT COWBOY TOYOTA SCAM ARTIST 5/22/2010

I went to Cowboy Toyota and it was the worst experience ever the general manager Tibius Fullton is the worst he is very very rude. He was very short and I caught him in a lie several times. I have reported them to the better business bureau as well as contacted my lawyer because they checked my credit when they said they wouldnt. Please Be warned. more

Lied To Me 4/27/2010

Purchased a Used Car but before I paid for it they agreed they would fix squeaking breaks. I took it back and Scott the manager said they did lots of work on the brakes. 30 days later I had to change the rotor and pads myself as they were worn down to the limits.\r \r Don't trust them. more

Fowler Toyota 6/18/2006

I have purchased two cars from Fowler and there service was great. I walked in and told them I was there to buy a car and not play any games. I wanted the highest trade in and the lowest price on a new car. I have send a lot of people to them more

Avoid, avoid, avoid 7/12/2005

I suffered through two car purchases here; don't ask me why. If you want to waste an entire day, deal with people who are incapable of giving you a straight answer to any question, and leave feeling used, frustrated, and generally screwed, then maybe Fowler Toyota is a good bet for you. I actually had to stand up and demand that they return the key I had given them for my trade-in before they'd start making sense. There are plenty of other places to buy a car. Find one. PROS: None CONS: Too many to list more
