Great hotel 7/2/2011

I loved the service here , the other two reviews scared me at first to stay here but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very cozy and clean. This hotel is a few miles outside of town and its nice and quiet. Its walking distance for a go kart place and right next to subway :) more

DON'T STOP HERE. GO TO THE REST AREA. IT'S FREE AND CLEANER! 5/23/2007

I stayed at this place 2 nights ago. I was greeted with indifference, and treated downhill from there. There was no alarm clock; no matter what I dialed I couldn't get an outside line; there were only about 7 channels on the TV and although they advertised free HBO and A/C......the only way I saw to condition the air was by opening the windows. I even tride calling the front desk around 10pm for a wake-up call.......and nobody would answer. There's a nice little roadside rest area just north of this motel on 31. I have no doubt that I could have enjoyed as good of a night, if not better, staying in the rest area for free! Someone needs to check on this place's license or certification or whatever. more

This is sort of a "no tell motel" with a small number of rooms. They still advertise that they have color TV and HBO, I think. It's air conditioned, but pretty dumpy. I would only stay here if there was no other lodging available and I didn't want to sleep in my car. It's a pretty outdated place and probably not appropriate for the wife and family. This place is more appropriate for truckers and migrant workers to rent by the week. more
