I would have given the restaurant a perfect rating of 5 stars if I was just rating the taste and quality of the food. It is delicious with huge helpings that I cannot even finish in one sitting. The fresh hash browns, heaping omelets, and potato pancakes are delicious. The only downside to going here is that you have to literally fight your way to a table. It gets so overcrowded that people stake their place next to a customer at the counter, just waiting to take over as soon as the plate has been cleared. The wait staff actually encourages this, as I was gathering up my belongings, a counter chef informed me to hurry up because someone was waiting for my spot. It was rude and unnecesary, as I was already moving along.
