We moved to the San Antonio area last year & had no childcare. Upon researching several options, we decided on Country Home. Let me begin by saying that it's not an easy job that any learning center has: teaching children, especially at a young age, is challenging at the least. The fact is that Country Home has been one of the best things to happen to us since living here. Some may feel that's overstated, and i would disagree. Our child, Zachary, is the most important person to my wife & myself. He cannot decide things for himself, does not have enough reasoning capability yet to know even right from wrong. That's where Country Home has been there. They've taught him how to interact with other children, as well as adults, they have also taught him that theres a time for naps, and a time for play, etc. The teaching staff, if Zacharys teachers Danielle & Amy are any indication, are exemplary. We will soon be relocating back to the San Francisco area, and i recently told my wife that one big regret is that there are no Country Home Learning Centers back home. When i drop my son off in the morning, it's never an easy thing for me to leave him with anyone. But knowing that he's not just being ""babysat"", and that he's actually learning & interacting, doing arts & crafts, and playing outside, as well as indoors, gives me peace of mind as a parent. Country Home will always have my vote, and we will always stop by when visiting family after we leave, so i can always show Zachary his first school. Thank You, truly.
