I had a terrible experience with the Cotton Mill.
After losing my order, which was bad enough, the staff didn't want to be further inconvenienced by my follow-up calls. When my items finally arrived after being reordered and fed-exed, the manager did not contact me. After waiting a week, I finally contacted the store and was told "oh, your package has been here for a week." It gets better--when I went to pick up the package, the salesperson made me wait 15 minutes to ensure that I still did not owe the store any money. In sum, if your shopping for a special event, shop elsewhere.
