Great service 5/26/2017

I had heating problems when it was already AC season, but they handled me like an emergency, and came out even at 7pm at night. Explained problem to me, told me estimates of costs involved, fixed the problem! Courteous, friendly, professional. more

Jose L. service technician, did an excellent job of inspecting my heating and air-condititioning system. He arrived on time , worked quickly and explained what he was doing to me as he worked. Its refreshing for a technician to share knowledge about the work he is doing. have dealt with Cottam for years , a very reliable company. woiuld recommend them. more
