CottageCare Milwaukee North has done a fairly good job. I had a disappointing experience with one of the ladies who wasn't doing the bathroom and I reported her. Since then, the last two cleaners have been good. I've been getting them every other week. more

I have been using them for about a year and a half to two years now. They come monthly and we have different cleaners every time. They're a very agreeable service and they do a good job. more

We hired Cottage Care to take care of my mothers house and they did such a good job her neighbor now uses them. We also use them for our own home and cannot express how happy we are with their services. The staff is wonderful, professional and truly cares about the job they do for their clients. more

I have stuck with CottageCare for the past five years because they are a company that takes its business seriously. They have always been professional, and timely, with excellent follow-through and completion of any particular tasks that I ask them to do. They come out every other week to clean my entire house and I am satisfied each time. Customer service is also incredibly flexible and just excellent; they are willing to accommodate any schedule changes and if they themselves need to change a date, they give me enough warning. They are very understanding as well. One time, I had forgotten to leave a check and they still cleaned my home! They left a note reminding me of the payment after they finished. Their communication, work, and service are absolutely excellent and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! more

A very well run business. 11/11/2015

I have used CottageCare for about a year. Luckily I have been assigned the same cleaner each time, which I appreciate because I have gotten used to her. She is very accommodating and very, very polite. She always arrives on time, and does the work that I have requested in a timely manner. She cleans the entire house once a month. The job is always thorough and I have no complaints. This is a very well run business. They are accommodating with my schedule, and easy to book appointments with. more

Great customer service and thorough cleaning 10/13/2015

CottageCare Milw-North has been coming to my home once a month for about a year. The ladies are very personable and have a nice customer service attitude. They're very thorough, and I like that they get on their hands and knees so they don't miss any spots. They clean everything, not just the tops. They wipe and dust the fronts and sides of furniture too. They're always on time, professional, and friendly. It's easy to schedule with them and they're accommodating. I think I'm overpriced a little bit, because the two bedrooms they clean take about 10-15 minutes each. They're very small rooms, so maybe the price for that could be adjusted slightly. They always leave a paper with the opportunity to write down any information I'd like them to have. They are all nice and pleasant ladies. more

They just do a wonderful job. They're very accommodating if I need to change a date or add in an extra service. Lisa and her crew, in the last couple of the years we have used them, have just made it easy. The cleaners come while I am at work and everything looks good when I come back. If you give them a try, you're sure to switch. I highly recommend them. more

The staff at CottageCare Milw-North always does a very thorough job for me. Any time I've wanted them to do something, they go above and beyond. I have been a customer of CottageCare Milwaukee North for about 14 years. There are about three cleaners that come on a regular basis and they do the service I hire them to do. They do a good job with the cleaning, show up when they're supposed to, and are respectful of my home. I would recommend them. more

High Quality Cleaning 8/24/2015

I have been using Cottage Care services for house cleaning for over 5+ years. The cleaners are very well trained and do a quality job that exceeds my expectations. In addition, Cottage Care has not raised the costs since I have been using them without cutting corners. My favorite cleaner is Sandra. She is focused and efficient. I am amazed of the cleaning she does and happy when she is assigned to clean my home. more

I've used them for several years. They are always here and do a nice job. When I needed them to do something extra, specifically once I wanted my curtains vacuumed, I called Lisa and she sent two people over to do it. She's very flexible. When I'm out of town, I cancel and skip that week. They do a good job. They're thorough, on time, and pleasant people. I highly recommend them. more

I have been a customer of CottageCare Milwaukee for about 4 years. When I first started using their service, I wasn't too happy with the cleaners they sent. For example, I had this one really bad cleaner that would clean the bare minimum and then sit around with her cell phone for the remainder of the time. In recent years, they've been sending two different ladies that are both very good. They're very good at getting done what I request. They're nice and responsible. I would recommend their service. more

They are seamless. they come in and they type in the garage code. I come home and the house is clean. The staff is very friendly. we rarely ever see them. They are pretty consistent. We have use them quite ab it because they send different people, and they don't get complacent. more
