If you need a place to take your Infiniti in Orange County, Costa Mesa Infiniti would be a good choice. Service department if helpful and friendly, and the sales staff is as well. Sometimes service can get busy, so try and make an appointment in advance. Other than that, everything there has always been easy and smooth for me. Give them a try! more

Car shopping 8/13/2005

I'm was currently in the market for a new car and decided to visit Costa Mesa Infiniti. Everyone of the sales people was helpful and courteous as soon as I stepped through the door. I asked a sales rep for a car booklet for the new '05 G35 sedan and coupe. Suprisingly he had none in the showroom but after about 10 minutes of searching he found a coupe booklet (no sedan, though). I ended up test driving the sedan and I really enjoyed it. Was not ready to buy but I did leave there satisfied about the car and the sales reps that went the extra mile for me. Highly recommended! more
