Thankful to have this gem in my neighborhood. I had an in-wall speaker that wasn't working and it was a model that was discontinued (a special order that would have required a long delay and hundreds of dollars to replace). Tom was able to pinpoint the problem and repair it the same day for a reasonable cost. It was an overall hassle-free experience. The best part is that his work comes with a 90 day warranty. This place has been in business for 35 years! They are authorized dealers for all the brands I was interested in (Monitor Audio, Integra, Kef) and were also willing to order any brand that I might've wanted. Tom and his lovely wife, Isabelle are the owners and two genuinely nice people. Tom wanted to make sure that I was happy with every item I purchased and I am truly satisfied. He made it easy and affordable for me to put together the exact package that worked for my needs and my space. One of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. An excellent place to listen/view and shop for quality home entertainment --and their prices are excellent, too. I recently bought a sound system to complement a new flat screen installation. At Cosmophonic they never tried to push the priciest gear in the store and they patiently reviewed several options. The system was installed promptly (for an added charge that was reasonable) and works beautifully. What a great store!! They set me up with a awesome stereo for about half the price as there compedetors. I learned a lot about what makes a good stereo, and felt very confident about my purchase.
